Dragon Center Update 10/17/2020

I started my Dragon center this morning and it asked me to restart as Admin to allow an update. After update the only Lighting Option that I have now is the Motherboard. The DRAM no longer shows up. Any suggestions?

uninstall and reinstall an older version?
im assuming the old version you had was OK?

registry key SettingData (search) holds the config as a string and shows what hw is detected by ml.
i have only mb lights but you should have mb lights and ram.

not 100 percent sure but chipset drivers may play a role in a happy RGB system.

Same reason I am here. Asked me to restart as Admin this morning.. and now all I see is Mobo option. I can still select from the pull down.. but before I could link and unlink each one individually. Mobo CPU and Ram.. Now it does not give me the option. And I am not sure how it works with an RGB controller.. I do not have one installed.... but 2 of my fans are linked to the MOBO MKT tab and 1 is not. And unless I SELECT ALL.. I can't get them to change. very frustrating.... when one fan is different then all the rest. My case has tempered glass so you can see all the fans.. and now there is one that is all janked... off doin it's own thing.

Came here to report this same issue, this is ridiculous. Wont it just install the new version again @Svet

I used the tool to uninstall it and then downloaded a new copy, its back to normal now :)

I'm still not having luck. I've used both options for Uninstall. It didn't prompt me to reboot but I did for good measure, upon reinstalling the newest DC version I get the same error screen that I need to restart the app using Admin privileges. Even restarting with admin privileges doesn't work. Any ideas? :(

THIS IS HOW THEY REPLY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT A DICKHEAD. WHO FUCKING PUTS SMILEY FACE WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS ANGRY BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM OF THEIR SOFTWARE. SHAME
DON'T CHAT IN. You have to do the email support ticket to get anything remotely professional. The people on chat are goons.
