Hello! since 2 weeks sometimes when I turn the PC on I don't get any image on my Monitor and the DRAM and CPU LED are turned on, then I turn off and on the PC and eventually it works.
I already checked all the voltages from my power supply and they are ok. I installed the last BIOS Version and it was working for a few days without any problem until today, it reboot itself two times and then once again I didn't get any image and had to manually reboot it 2 times.

I read that could be a physical problem with the Motherboard, because sometimes it doesn't recognize the USB ports, and I have to unplug and plug in again the keybord dongle or mouse dongle.

It was working normally since november 2025 when I built it. Now is that I become this error. I'm not sure if its a problem from the Motherboard or the RAM, but with these USB ports errors I think it could be the Motherboard.

My components are:

Has the mainboard's BIOS updated to the latest 7E80v2A41 to check?
Is there any settings being set in the BIOS? For example, memory EXPO?
Please clean the memory module's golden finger with eraser and switch the memory module connected sequence or connect only one stick of memory module on DIMMA2 slot to check whether the system could boot up normally.

Hello! yes I did install the latest BIOS (7E80v2A41). I did a CMOS reset. I limited the RAM Voltage to 4800 MHz and I never had EXPO activated.
I did try to turn it on with only one RAM modulo and it turned on normally.
Now I have the two modules installed and it turns on most of the time. Now when I do stand by and then I want to turn it on again I become the same error with both LED on, then I shut it down manually and turn it on again, then I get image but the keyboard dongle is not recognize, I take it off and put it back again, then the Keyboard works.
However I did not clean with a eraser the RAM module, i will try that.

Should I work with only one module? only 16 GB

Hello! I did set it up on 30 T.

Now it turns on normally, but when I suspend it then I get the RAM error with both lights turned on. I manually shut it down and then re started it and it works again. Before this whole problem started I could perfectly suspend it with no problem D:

I'll try using only one RAM module to verify if I become the error after suspending it.

Thanks for your help guys!
