DRAM light issue

I built a new PC with following system configuration where am facing the EZ Debug "DRAM Light" on and not able to boot the system for installing OS

MSI PRO H610M-G WiFi Motherboard – Micro-ATX​

Intel Core I5 12400F 12 Gen Generation Desktop Pc Processor 6, CPU with 18Mb Cache and Up to 4.40 Ghz Clock Speed Ddr5 and Ddr4 Ram Support Lga 1700 Socket, Micro ATX​

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB RAM (1x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5200MHz
Western Digital WD Blue SN580 NVMe 1TB, Upto 4150MB/s, PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2, SSD

Am I received a faulty board or RAM or Compatible issue?
Any insight would be greatly helpful to resolve it.

Do you any suggestion for me to have a budget friendly graphics card which is compatible to MSI PRO H610M-G WiFi Motherboard and Intel Core I5 12400F 12 Gen Generation

Only for office work? Well, you could try to return your CPU and get an i5-12400 (non-F) in return, for a small upcharge. Because even a small GeForce GT 710, basically the cheapest office graphics card you can get, will still cost more than the price difference of the 12400F to the 12400.

The cheapest graphics cards that would also be usable for gaming are the GeForce 3050 and the Radeon RX 6600.
