yo so i got these headphones with the 4-1 PC box, u know the one that comes with the mouse, keyboard, PC, and the headphones. and i really love the headphones, but after like a year of using them i've noticed some huge problems.

first it would make weird white-noise, crackling sounds randomly, which was annoying but i tolerated it. then, the bass vibration feature basically became unusable because whenever i turned it on, popping sounds would happen so that sucked. and now its really bad because not only with the crackling, popping, and white noise, now the headphones can literally just disconnect and reconnect if the wire moves too much. and it really sucks.

a few things i noticed were:
1.its not really a driver problem cuz i can plug it into any device and it will still do these weird sounds
2.the usb ports and cables and everything looks fine to me, like no rips or dents so idk
3. the lighted-up logo on the headphones and mic can sometimes flicker out whenever the sound happens too, so mabye its not getting power or smth

is there anything i can do to like fix this? cuz i can still use the headphones, its just getting really annoying especially cuz i use fl studio and i have to restart it like every 5 min since my headphones disconnect. i bought the 4-1 box from best buy but i dont think i got a warranty with it soo am i just gonna have to buy a new pair? or can i like get it repairs?
(also i attached what the noise sounds like and some pictures too if that helps)

try connecting it to a different system that doesn't have any MSI-related software like MSI Center, Dragon Center, or DS502's own application, and see if you can still hear the same sound. If it's still the same, it will likely be a hardware problem.
you can also try register your product and contact MSI service to check if it's still under warranty.

yea i tried plugging it into my school Chromebook, and my other computer which doesnt have any software for the headphones and still the same problem. the audio works fine, but the annoying noise sound will happen as long as it is turned on.

also how do i register my product? i still have the 4-1 box i got the headphones from but i dont think i ever did any kind of registration. i just downloaded the software and driver from the website

try to find the serial number on the box and your purchase proof such as a receipt, or order screenshot, that's all you need for product registration
