dual monitors no display

Recently bought a trident 3 and connected to my dual monitors samsung S22F355FHE. Initally can display images for both monitors. After the second day, cant display the images anymore. Went to the service centre to do a test, no issue detect. GPU working fine, brought back home and try, both monitors can display. Next day faced the same issue, both monitors not working. Brought to service centre, same result. Even brought my monitors and hdmi cable for them to test. About 1.5 weeks later bring back from service centre to try, no issue. But few hours later cant display again. Left in overnight and try to rebbot the system, images came back. No issue for the next 2 days. This morning issue came back. Already spent around $60 plus on new cable, so cant be the cable issue. Kind of tired to send to service centre for the third time in 1 month. Can the tech support offer me a solution?
 
Please provide some information as below to us for this system you used:
1.Serial number on the back cover and on the box.
It is SOP how to check it as below link:
http://www.msi.com/page/warranty
2. The number:9S6-xxxx-xxx that you can find it on the box.

We will be check what graphic card is installed for shipping.
Tridend 3 / Tridend 3 arctic are different model.

Samsung S22F355FHE is just D-sub*1 and HDMI*1.
MSI cannot guarantee any adapter. Example: D-sub to HDMI.
All monitor must be connected with graphic card.
