DVI Wont boot

I have a 3200 64bit - K8T Neo-FIS2R - GC 9600 xt with DVI out - 512 ram
( in the last week or so my Dvi lcd wont boot up when i turn on my computer ).
Everything else starts up ok but I have to wait 3 or 4 sec turn my computer back of again and restart to get a picture.

I have it set to Dvi in the bios.

This only happens when I turn of my computer at the power point and turn it back on again .

Hi

If you look back through the Threads for Cold Boot Problems, there are a few threads dealing with this type of prob on startup, not with DVI but in the same vein, so same probable cause.

i'm using DVI but i didn't know there was anything about it in the BIOS... what are you referring to?
