"E" signe before OC in the GPU name

Can you explain what E stands for and should I consider to buy one with this or go with just OC version of 4060 ti?

So the difference only in display ports and HDMI and structure improvements? Why then other people buy more normal version then E version? Are there any problems with it? Tnx for your work!
