Earning Points Activities Don't Work

New to the MSI Rewards. I have attempted to do activities such as "One Time Survey" to get an additional 25 points. No matter how many times I complete the survey, I do not get credit, points, and or completion. I have tried on IE, Edge, Chrome etc. Is this Rewards site/program very broken ?

The same thing is happening to me. The contact link takes you to the product tech support which means you have to enter 50 fields that have nothing to do with the problem before you can add notes. Isn't there an easier way to communicate?

Yes a very broken. It reminds me of a geo-cities page. I am curious what testing was done prior to launch.
I'll attempt a phone call at 9am PST to their support. I don't need to open a ticket regarding any products and there doesn't appear to be any option to open tickets for their website.

i wouldn't really bother. there are no coupons to redeem your points anyway...
