Hi. I bought an Enjoy 7 brand new in Pokhara, Nepal. They replaced it after 1 week after the charger socket appeared loose and stopped charging. Now the replacement is doing the same and not charging. (I never used it plugged in). I took it to the MSI repair place in Okhla phase 1 in Delhi. They told me they need to get the specs on opening it in order to fix it. They told me they are having difficulty getting the diss assembly instructions from head office. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem. My tablet is only roughly 6 weeks old.

Sorry, this is just a Users-to-Users Forum and we don't have Enjoy 7 disassembly-guide either. If you brought it to official MSI service they should get it easier. Otherwise contact MSI and report about the service problems: >>How to contact MSI.<<

Hi. The Tablet is at the MSI Dealer /Service Center in Okhla Industrial Estate in Delhi. I left it there on the 3rd December and on contacting them to find out progress they said they had a problem as they did not know how to open it and their head office did not send the specs on how to. The MSI service center there also said the reason is that they do not deal with the Enjoy Series 7 only the Enjoy 10. This unit is the replacement for one I bought  that had the same problem after 6 days. Unfortunately the store where I bought it in Nepal did not change the serial number on the receipt to the replacement unit so I do not know how I stand Warranty wise. I tried the 1-800 number also but could not get through. I'm also trying to contact the head office so they can contact their service center with the spec but finding an e-mail to a person or department seems impossible to find on their website. Any suggestions would be much appreciated
