error wake up from sleep S3 type

hi guess i have a problem wake up from sleep type S3 it always failed after the second or the third time wake up. if the first wake up is okay then i try sleep the computer, the second usualy failed to wake up. no problem occur when i use sleep type S1
when failed the board acting strange it load with full power fan on  procecors fan and then nothing hapen until i forced to shutdown with 5 second power button. it can boot usualy after the third forced  shutdown.
my computer spec :
core i3 530
msi p55 gd45
2x2gb patriot
msi hawk 5770
amacrox 650w

bios update lastest 1.8

What is the exact model name of your memory modules?

Can you post CPU-Z screenshots of the "SPD" and "Memory" view?

nothing over clocked, it look like i have new problem the board has difficult to boot. it look like the APS= active phase system get trouble. when i disabled APS and the 4 led should turn on its not its only one led and its failed to boot some other time it work 4 led up and the board can boot. but it doesnt have consistency to sccesfully boot with 4 led up everytime booting.
