Even with 2 monitors connected to the MSI MPG 491CQPX PIP/PBP is greyed out in the OSD and Gaming Intel app?

The sources work. 1 source is always DP. When the 2nd source (windows 11) is connected via USBC or HDMI it recognizes another monitor, and it works fine when used a the primary source (after selection). While both sources can utilized the monitor separately, PBP/PIP is greyed out in both the OSD and the Gaming Intelligence App.

The sync function is off in the PBP/PIP menu area (Gaming Intel App) and the sources work, so why can't I select PBP/PIP?
