I recently discovered a strange consumption of the rtx4070 video card, which raises the power consumption to the maximum at a certain frequency. I understand that windows accesses this video card to check if it's working properly, but this is the first time I've seen it cause such excessive consumption. Maybe the sensors are wrong. I don't know.
Yesterday I updated the bios to the latest version, but the problem remains.

I have a feeling that the video chip may die after a while.

I can provide pictures to back up my concerns.
I have the latest version of the bios E1585IMS.315

Can this be fixed?
