Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding MSI GF63 Thin (i5, GTX 1650) – Frequent Automatic Shutdowns and Failure to Power On


Dear MSI Support Team,


I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my MSI GF63 Thin laptop, equipped with an Intel Core i5 processor and a GTX 1650 graphics card. I have been experiencing persistent and extremely frustrating issues with this device for over a year now.


The primary problem is that the laptop shuts down automatically without warning. After it turns off, I am unable to power it on again for an extended period – sometimes over a day – regardless of what I try. This issue has severely disrupted my work and made the device unreliable and practically unusable.


Here is a summary of the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:


  1. I consulted a professional technician who thoroughly checked the RAM and SSD. They found no issues with the hardware.
  2. I reset the BIOS settings under the guidance of the professional, but the issue persisted.
  3. I modified the power and display settings to prevent the screen from turning off automatically. This helped temporarily, but the laptop continued to shut down unpredictably and failed to turn back on for extended periods.

Additionally, I can confirm that:


  • The charging port is functioning properly.
  • The cooling system and fan appear to be working and are not damaged.
  • There are no visible signs of overheating or hardware damage.

Despite all these efforts, the laptop remains unreliable and continues to exhibit the same problem. I have lost valuable time and productivity due to this ongoing issue.


I request that MSI take this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution—whether it be a thorough diagnostic check, repair, or replacement—under warranty or customer care policy.
