fail in sound drivers realtek Msi ALPHA 15 B5EEK

Hello, my ALPHA 15 B5EEK Msi laptop has been purchased for a year, it came without an operating system and since I installed all the windows everything has worked fine for me but always when turning on with the welcome tone, static was heard after 3 minutes, the sound already sounded perfect , I did not give it importance since I knew it was something related to drivers, now after 8 months I tried to solve it by deleting the sound drivers and installing them again and now it sounds worse and very loud for much longer. Can someone help me? thank you!

Try the latest realtek drivers from the link in my signature. Also update the nahimic stuff.

That's probably because your using your mobile, i can't see it either when i am on my iphone. This is the topic i meant. Anyway i posted the links below for you which one you can try and use to see if it gets better.

a full 6.0.9524.1 MSI driver package (complete with realtek device extension inf files along with other realtek software component drivers) is available from the MSI web site.

and a full Nahimic APO4 4.9.10.0 driver package (complete with a-volute nahimic extension 1.5.16.0 driver not found anywhere else) is also available from the MSI web site.

use these driver packs instead

btw, that full 6.0.9524.1 MSI driver pack was listed for newly released MSI Alpha 17 C7V series laptops (check the "Support" link from the Alpha 17 C7V main page).
it should work for most other MSI laptops beside the Alpha 15 B5EEK model laptop the OP is using.

there was also a 6.0.9503.1 MSI version that recently came out but released a few months late - it was listed for a different msi series laptop (kinda forgot which one).

and for those who need to update the Nahimic UWP app, there's a 1.9.19.0 version from this other laptop manufacturer (this version is not available from the MS store...at least not yet. MS store still has the 1.9.17.0 version of the Nahimic app).
