Fan always running - Modern 15 A10RBS-470XFR under Linux Mint

Hello, i bought a Modern 15 A10RBS-470XFR and install linux mint on it.
The fans are always running wich is not normal, can you help me ?

MSI currently does not officially support Linux, only Windows, so you might have to check with other users who use Linux on other forums.
