FAN RPM MEASUREMENT ISSUES WITH 970 GAming Motherboard

Hi!, I'm using MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard with FX 6300 processor. My Bios version is 22.1. Everything is fine except I can't monitor my CASE FAN RPM except GPU FAN RPM via applications like Speed Fan or Open hardware monitor. I can only view my fan RPM in bios. I have for cooler master stickle flow x fan connected to MotherBoard pin and Cooler Master hyper 212x which is also connected to CPU FAN fan post. All fans are having 3Pin except the cpu cooler fan. Those fans RPM was measured by Speed fan without any issues in my previous motherboard.

So can anyone help me?
Another thing is does this board has a built in BUZZER, for error detection?

My system specs are:
FX 6300 at stock speed
MSI 970 gaming motherboard
4*4 GB Kinston HyperX fury
Asus 7770 HD Ghz Edition
Cooler Master Hyper 212x cooler
256 GB Corsair SSD
1+.5+.5 Gb HDD at 7200 RPM
Corsair CX 500 PSU
Antec V1 Case

Hi,

For fan control you need to plug 3 pinned fans to SysFan headers. 4 pins to CPU Fan headers, else they'll run at 100% of speed.
Also look inside BIOS, as there should be something like "Minimum Fan Speed" which you have to change down to 25/50% for CPU/Sys fan headers, Save&Exit and possibly then you should be able to control fans.

No, buzzer/speaker is not built into the motherboard but has to be bought separately. They're cheap though.

As I wrote earlier CPU fan is connected to 4 pin CPU fan header & case. Fans are connected to system fan header and all Case fans are 3pin. Is there any compatibility issue with speed fan application in MSI motherboard? Because my old Asus motherboard setup was working fine with speed fan, but now it's look like those fans aren't exist except in BIOS menu.
