I would really love to see the option to toggle off displayport deep sleep exposed in the MSI 321URX's on screen display settings with a firmware update.
I have a dual monitor setup with 2x 321URX's and have set in Windows to turn off the displays after 10 min of inactivity. The issue is that when I go to wake them back up, most of the time they don't fully wake up and I get no video out. I have to hard restart my PC to fix this, or turn the monitors off with the power button and then back on. It's very frustrating.
In the rare case that the monitors do wake up, my app windows never remember which screen they were on, so I need to put each app back to its respective screen each and every time I wake my PC.
Being able to turn off displayport deep sleep in the monitor's settings would fix all of this. I recognize that this may be a rare issue not experienced by most but I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I've attached a video of the issue - you can see at the bottom center of the monitor the status led changes from yellow to white, meaning it's waking up, but then it never does and goes back to sleep.
