I am currently using the Roamii BE Pro Mesh System and am generally satisfied with its performance. However, I have encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed to improve the user experience.
1. Multi-language support for device namingCurrently, connected device names can only be edited in English. As a Korean user, this is quite inconvenient. It would be much better if the system supported multiple languages (including Korean) so that users can identify their devices more intuitively.
2. Device name persistence issuesThere is a bug where custom device names are not saved correctly. They often revert to random strings or generic labels like "connected device" instead of the names I assigned.
3. Real-time device tracking and visibilityThe device list in the router administration page is often inaccurate. Even when a device is actively connected to the Wi-Fi, it frequently fails to show up in the management interface. While it eventually appears after some time, the lack of real-time monitoring is a significant drawback.
4. Inaccurate traffic monitoringThe upload and download speed measurements do not seem to function properly. Even while actively using the internet, the interface consistently shows speeds as 0KB.
5. Seamless roaming performanceThe mesh roaming feature does not seem to work as expected. Devices often stay connected to a distant node for an extended period instead of automatically switching to the nearest available node for a better signal.
If these issues are resolved through firmware updates, I believe this would be an outstanding product that I would highly recommend to others. I sincerely hope the development team can look into these improvements.
Thank you.
