File access denied problem remains for latest MSI Center installer.

MSI Center was removed, restarted, had to turn off/on PC, file was removed manually with admin permission, msi center re-installed.

Bandwidth problem remains:

MSI center developers are incompetent !:

AI suspects this bandwidth is being caused by some SDK that they are using, SDK phones home, to a broken home ! (<- HA HA !)

Bandwidth problem can be stopped by stopping these two services ! I do this every day on startup of my PC, to reduce electricity usage and keep processor a little bit more idle, see screenshot:

It should ask you for admin permission when removing MSI Center, that kinda says you're not using the admin account?
MSI Center does not work well under non-admin account as far as I know, a lot of things can go out of control in user account.
Or can you generate log file and upload here?
