working version was 2.7, flash back nothing changed..

This is the reason we ask for a Photo this Ram has the same model number but is totally different Chips used in the Manufacture of them

Same Model number but not the same Memory chips

Have all ready been added to the Report. for Our MSI contact

Hello,
I have a Desktop with an MSI Z590-A PRO and 2x Samsung 970 evo plus gen 3 ssds
The CPU is a i9 11900K

I used to have them in slot 1 and slot 2 of the motherboard, one with Ubuntu and one with Windows. Everything was working perfectly.

I have updated the bios to the latest version (the previous version was the November 2021 version) and after I have done that, ssds in slot 1 are either undetected or unable to boot the os. I'd like to use slot one for the increased speednfuento the direct connection with the chipset. Any hint?

I hadn`t raid before, and have single system.
changing SATA mode AHCI\RAID mode didn`t help.

P.S. date on screenshot when its happened..

Our MSi contact has tested both configurations and had no problems with M.2_1 detection even after updating and rolling back bios versions

Tested with the following configs
Installed Six SATA drives and Two 970 EVO PLUS
Installed Ubuntu and Windows 11 on the two 970 EVO PLUS then update to the latest BIOS
Built RAID then update to the latest BIOS

Can you please ensure your M.2 are fully up to date with Firmware

We are both had problem with 500gb SSD`s, but my firmware like test config.. It`s very strange problem... i must to contact to local service

After testing in service - all working on last bios .... Maybe reassembling components solved problem..
