First new BIOS version with fix for white screen issue with certain graphics cards

It has caught my attention that the first board received a new BIOS version with a fix for the "white screen problem" some users have been experiencing.

I've checked some other board models' support sites, but this seems to be among the first board models that got the update. Others should follow soon.
Just a heads-up so affected users can keep an eye on their board's support site.

I know my onboard is probably better but I still prefer to use the 970GTX and this is about time it got fixed. I will be waiting for the X870E Tomahawk BIOS update.

You would need to change the V-Bios to a UEFI Bios, if that is even possible on the model you have

Yes the 970 GTX is fully compatible my issue is stated below, it needed the firmware flash mentioned but still didn't work. The only other thing I didn't try was to try and disable Virtualizations in BIOS Setup.

It might also help to update the graphics card's BIOS, if one is even available... Try comparing your version with this list https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios...l=GTX+970&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since= .
Then we can move forward.

I did do just that like I have said above I was told this elsewhere which I did flash the firmware (BIOS) file for the GTX and it didn't work, sorry for the misconfusion.

Just updated to the latest BIOS 7E59v2AC0 and can confirm I can now use my 970GTX again.
