Hey guys,
I just want to post about an issue I had where the MSI Center is stuck on a "circling ball" loading screen, or you get the error "Error occurs when running MSI.CentralServer.exe,". I found the fix which is user error on my side.
Initially, I got the AIO cooler running totally fine out of the box on a previous 2.5 inch SSD that I used for testing before my NVME drive arrived. I had access to the EZ Display Feature Set which let me work the LCD screen and play youtube videos on it.
After the install of my new NVME drive, I installed all my drivers alphabetically and spent ages trying to figure out why the MSI center would not work.
My forum thread is on page 2 here:

The "Smoking Gun": Driver Conflict
The core issue was the AMD_VGA(v25.10.34.251028a) driver. Once this was installed, MSI Center broke immediately but I didn't realise until I started on the MSI centre. Uninstalling this specific "AMD Software" via the Control Panel restored full functionality to the EZ Display Feature Set.The Ultimate Step-by-Step Fix:
- Clean Start: Perform a clean reinstall of Windows (if you've already tried everything else).
- Basic Drivers Only: Install your Chipset and WLAN drivers first. Run Windows Update until it is completely "Up to Date".
- Hardware Prep: UNPLUG all ARGB cables from the motherboard before proceeding.
- Wipe MSI Center: Use the MSI Clean Center Master tool to remove any previous failed installations.
- Install MSI Center 2.0.65.0: Download it directly from the MSI website (Utility section) rather than the Windows Store.
- Important: Right-click the installer and Run as Administrator.
- Restart your computer immediately after the installation wizard finishes.
- Manual Firmware Update: Do not rely on "Live Update" initially. Manually download the P13 Firmware (Version P13_20251204v01 or later) and run the update tool.
- Feature Sets: Open MSI Center and install EZ Display and MSI AI Engine.
- Avoid the Bad Driver: Do NOT install AMD VGA driver v25.10.34.251028a. If it is installed, uninstall it via the Control Panel. Instead, install the specific Adrenalin drivers for your dedicated GPU (e.g., RX 7900 XT).
- Reconnect: Once everything is working (YouTube videos, custom GIFs, etc.), you can plug your ARGB cables back in.
My System Stats for Reference:
- AIO: MSI MPG CORELIQUID P13 White
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- Motherboard: B850 Steel Legend WiFi (BIOS 4.03)
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT (Drivers from 2025-12-10)
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
