Flashing Fan Problems

While opening my pc my fans flashing white then turning off and never lights back while its open can someone help pls I use msi mag 100r

Hi,
Do you have MAG Forge 100R pc case? Please try to use LED swtich button to turn on or change LED effect. If you connect ARGB LED Controller to motherboard, and please sure you enabled LED function in APP.
