fn + f7 (shift change)

hey guys...

when i try to click on fn + f7 (shift change) to change the active shift ... my laptop doesn't respond ...
any one know how to solve this problem ??

What is the model you have?
Try to clean install the latest Dragon Center on MSI website (your product page).
If you have UWP Dragon Center, remember to uninstall the program and SDK before reinstalling.
