Force GC30 stopped working in any mode - just blinking lights.

Wired or wireless, nothing happens.  The red lights just continue to blink and never settle on a mode.

I tried different games, thinking maybe NBA2K19 was being picky for no reason, and got the same result.  My PC recognizes that I have a controller connected, the games recognize the controller is connected, but the controller doesn't seem to realize it's a controller.

Not sure if it's important, but the GC30 worked flawlessly for many months, but then sat idle for a while after I got bored with NBA2k19.  I recently tried 2k again just for kicks and that's when I discovered the problem.

Have you tried to configure the controller in windows or using an emulator to check the inputs?

I have the exact same problem.

I was playing and I had to leave, the controller just auto shutsdown like normaly, then when I wanted to play again I turn it on and the lights just blink and don't stop like when it needs baterry. I pluged in and wait the normal 2-3 hours, but it still blinking, it doesn't let me play with or without the cable. The pc reconizes the controller but it only keeps blinking. I tried to reset it and it's the same thing it only ask for battery, when i click and hold the logo it blinks faster just like when you change modes but then it starts blinking like it needs battery, and it's been 1 day charging and nothing changes.

I have the same issue...really weird. it seems many users experienced this problem. do you install windows 10 update recently?

I think is really the remote fault because the windows or the pc recognize the "pen" when I insert, but the remote just doesnt work.
