Will prepare later a detailed guide and what's new.
In short guide for now:
1. Run UEFI_Flash_Tool_Installer.exe
2. Select your MSI BIOS File ["Load MSI BIOS File]
3. Select your USB key drive [from drop down menu, if the USB key is not listed click "Refresh" button]
4. Click "Create USB Flash key" and wait to finish.

Ensure success messages (and green dots) and close the tool.
Then reboot the computer and boot from USB key to proceed with flashing as usual.

I apologize in advance for the use of Google translator, my English is not the best and I prefer to rely on Google's.

I have been using Blind Flashing around 5 times on an MSI A320M Pro-Vh Plus to downgrade from version "7B07v3I3" to "7B07v3E" of it, for configuration and comfort reasons.

But now a problem arose, when I try to perform the Blind Flashing, the flashing is not performed and the screen stays black for 30 minutes (I was waiting until that waiting time, I don't think there is a limit) with the peripherals turned on.

The only "weird" change I made was to change some windows settings to optimize the use of the hard drive, which was being used at 100%. But I have reverted all the settings to how they were before, or so I think, maybe there is one that I have to activate / deactivate to perform this Flash.

Basically the reason for this Blind Flashing is to enter a previous version of the BIOS compatible with my previous processor and current graphics (Since it is not compatible in the current BIOS) to be able to modify the configuration and thus activate the "Core Performance Boost", "SVM Mode" and the "PBO".

I am also looking for help to know if these options can be activated by other means than entering the BIOS, such as through CMD.

Thank you in advance for reading this text and I apologize for taking so long.

Hardware:

MB: MSI A320M Pro-VH plus (Bios: 7B07v3I3)
CPU: Ryzen 3 4100
RAM: HyperX Fury 1x8GB DDR4 GDDR5
VGA: Sentey Radeon Rx 560 4gb
HDD: WDC WD10EZEX-00BN5A0 1TB

More info:
Current Bios Version: 7B07v3I3
Bios to downgrade: 7B07v3E

@LeoF04
It's hard to understand what you trying to do or what happens.
You don't have a screen when you enter in bios setup?

I was able to resolve Blind Flashing.
The only change I made was to remove the SATA cables from the MB.

My problem was that I couldn't do Blind Flashing but it was strange because before I could do it with the same components of my PC.

And I had another problem but I'm going to open a new thread.

I appreciate your help and since I'm here Blind Flashing works correctly in its version 1.19 with the MB A320M Pro-VH Plus for BIOS downgrade (Probably also for upgrade), you do a very good job @Svet ! Thank you!

Updated version to V1.25
* minor optimizations
* update messages instructions for CPF while and after flashing.

EDIT: Also updated Blind flash version too and instructions.

The CPF is Auto Available (and can be Enabled) only for supported BIOSes.
The new style also has Auto BIOS validation that checks for the BIOS integrity (and USB key integrity respective)
after transferring the necessary data over the USB drive,
to ensure firmware & USB key is a healthy before attempt BIOS flashing.

Hi, in your first post you wrote that Secure Boot must be disabled. I have to use the blind flash method because I have only a black screen. On this motherboard Secure Boot is enabled, so am I correct that because of that the flash tool won't work?

This tool will allow automated flashing MSI boards from UEFI Shell.

Important:
Do NOT use it on a MSI AMD boards from 3
xx boards Series. [like X370/B350]

(its OK to use for X399 AMD models as 3xx exception)

It's OK to use for any other newer than [X370/B350] MSI AMD boards or Intel boards.

Next reboot computer,
and ensure in BIOS Setup:
UEFI Boot is allowed,
and Secure Boot disabled.

After exit from BIOS Setup while computer is booting:
You can press F11 during BIOS post/logo screen, then when BBS popup after a while,
choose the prepared USB key with UEFI in front as name.
i.e: choose to boot from:
UEFI USB your drive

then wait, and you will see the BIOS version shown that is going to be flashed.
and you can press a key to proceed with flashing.
If you don't want to proceed with flashing,
you can press "q" to abort at that point.

ensure successfully message on the screen then reboot or power off the computer.

Optional feature: [Patch AMD BIOS for CP_Flash]
This will allow cross-platform flashing to 32MB BIOS from 16MB BIOS for boards with 256Mbit BIOS chip.
The tool will auto detect if the BIOS support such feature and then will Enable that option.

Or use special version for Blind Flashing only:
(It's useful when need to flash BIOS without display [but the PC can still boot and works fine] and performs auto flashing)
For Blind Flashing only: Forum UEFI Shell Flash tool [V1.26]

Short instructions for for Blind Flashing:
[prepare the USB key for flashing,[use the same steps to prepare it as above] then shutdown the PC,
and disconnect temporary any other storages except that USB key that will be used for flashing]
Then turn on PC and wait auto flashing to start and finish automatically.
[when blind flashing is complete the PC will auto shutdown,
then you can remove the USB key and reconnect the rest of your storages and turn it on]

Note1: Be sure to place only one BIOS file on the USB key at the time, before proceed with flashing.
Note2: Due BIOS flashing nature, (which consider every flashing as potential dangerous)
Flash and use at own risk as usual.

Note3: You can use it to downgrade the BIOS too.
Note4: You can cross-platform flash back to correct BIOS 32MB bios. (if the board been flashed to the wrong BIOS by mistake)

EDIT: A video how to use guide made by user efmled:
Does anyone know where I can find the blind flash utility file that is not corrupted? I have downloaded it several times now with different web browsers on two different computers and the file is corrupted. Never mind, I did some thinking and found out that someone or something had changed it from a .zip file to a .rar file and when I used WinZip to open it, it was okay, no problems. I was finally able to extract the file. I hope doing this blind flash will fix the memory problems and then recognize the memory I put in it and also recognize an i9 11th gen CPU.

I just double checked and there is no issue. It's downloading and runs just fine.
What message you got exactly?

I figured it out after a few minutes and instead of using winrar to extract it, I used winzip and apparently it was a .zip file originally and some how got renamed to a .rar file and winrar could not recognize it as a valid .rar file. So crisis averted and on Monday when I talk with a MSI tech I will check to see which of the bios's to flash, The current one is just for a secure boot and I don't know if it will update the board to recognize the i9 11th gen CPU and my memory at the same time.

PC need to able to boot to use it. If the compute can't boot, then won't work.
What PC mainboard you have? [current BIOS version?] and what CPU you want to use?

I have a MSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI board and I have the Intel i9 11th gen CPU and trying to use Mushkin Enhanced RGB Redline 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory, DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800), Timing 18-22-22-42, CAS Latency 18, Voltage 1.35V. the memory basically matches the memory that is on the compatibility list but is not recognized on the board and the DRAM light comes on.

Can't you use another different temporary memory stick to boot and update the bios before try with that memory again?

I have tried two different memory sticks, I have paid over $300 on the memory for this board already and on a disabled American Veterans income I can't afford to buy any more memory. Had I known that MSI was so proprietary I would not have purchased the board.

You can borrow some other memory try to isolate the issue.
One or more memory stick(s) could be defective. Try boot with 1 memory stick only in recommended DIMM slot.
[test with each one of them alone]
Or could be bented pins on the socket or too much pressure from the heatsink and not to be the memory.

In anyways better open new own topic for troubleshooting the issue.
