GOOD MORNING, the problem I have is that the specifications of this laptop say that the frequency of its screen is 120hz, but when I want to change the frequency, I only get the option of 60,030hz, which generates a doubt in my mind. that you can not put the 120hz of this laptop. what is the exact model number as there are many Variants eg: GF65 Thin 9SEXR-228CZ what is it as that covers like 12 variants as you have posted it?

should be on the bottom of the Laptop on a Sticker that lists the exact model

that model has the 15.6" FHD (1920*1080), IPS-Level 60Hz 45%NTSC Thin Bezel Screen you do not have a 120Hz or 144Hz monitor so yours has a much lower Refresh Rate. that is why it will not allow 120Hz on the Panel as it can only do 60Hz max as its the 60Hz Variant it came with.
