Hello MSI forum,
i am really confused by the "Realtek Audio Console" software.
I use the Beyerdynamic 770 Pro with 80 Ohm and normal Speakers on the MSI MAG X570S Torpedo Max So.AM4.

Directly on the board are normal Speakers attached, an the Front Panel the 770Pro.

On the Speaker Tab is "headphone impedance detection" available, on the Headphone (front panel) is no detection.

Okay, will just switch the devices?
Okay, now the impedance detection works fine. But the software and win11 will still call the board connection "Speaker" and the Frontpanal "Headphone".
Not a great "clean" solution.

Is there something I missed?
Is there a way to get the impedance detection on the frontpanel? If not, is there a way to name the device slots correct?

Thanks,
lux

I have the exact same problem with ALC4080.

Headphone Impedance Sensing is showing in Speaker section instead of Headphone section in Realtek Audio Console. (1 Bug)

Also Virtual Surround in Speaker section doesn't work. (1 Bug)

Edit: Auto popup dialog doesn't show up either whenever i plug in even though its enable, nor can i connect Headphones to Mic Port and configure Mic port to act as Headphone port. (2 more Bugs)

I am on MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK Motherboard: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-B650-TOMAHAWK-WIFI

Hope someone who knows forwards this post to MSI Support so they can update the Realtek USB Audio driver to fix the issue. :-)
