Frozr AI Cooling No Longer Works

I purchased a gaming PC through iBuyPower about 6 months ago. I installed MSI Center and use the Frozr AI Cooling utility to run in silent mode when not using the PC for gaming. Everything worked great for several months, but about a month ago, Frozr stopped working. I was able to get into the utility, but changing between "silent", "normal", and "performance" mode had no effect on the fan RPMs and the fans seemed to always run at normal speed.

Starting a couple weeks ago, selecting the Frozr AI Cooling menu from the "Features" tab in MSI Center just gives me a blank screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Frozr AI Cooling from the Feature Sets menu in MSI Center. I have tried completely uninstalling MSI Center and the SDK and reinstalling, and still nothing. All the other features seem to work and respond correctly.

Here is the information regarding my setup:

Hardware: MEG Z690 ACE
OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2
MSI Center v2.0.10.0
Frozr AI Cooling 3.0.0.06

The attached screenshot shows what I see when I select Frozr AI Cooling from the Features tab.

MEG Z690 ACE is MSI motherboard product so please post this to MSI Intel boards sheet.

CPU and extra graphic card are must be support PCIe 4.0 first for Frozr AI Cooling.
Please provide brand and model name for CPU and extra graphic card.
For NVIDIA graphic card, please install GTX 30xx or latest.
For AMD graphic card, please install RX6000 or latest.

I'm having a similar issue in that I don't even have the option to use it.

B550A-Pro
AMD 5800X3D
PCIE Slot 1 - ASRock 6800xt Phantom Gaming
PCIE Slot 2 - ASRock Intel Arc A380

Running A.C0 firmware and everything is up to date. Removal tool used and latest MSI Center installed.

Same for me. I don‘t have that blank tab (yet), but the fan speed stays the same, no matter what I try. That started a few weeks ago, as fae as I remember. I can set the fan speed manually in BIOS, so fans and motherboard shouldn‘t be the problem.

My system:
MSI MPG Z590 gaming carbon wifi
Intel i7 11700K
MSI RTX 3070 Suprim
32GB DDR4 RAM @3600MHz

Yeah I tried all the settings and didn't seem to make a difference in the speeds. It doesn't seem to respond to my GPU temps either so I wish at the least I could modify curve to also take that into consideration. I've seen 3rd party apps, but they don't seem to be intuitive enough to program.

I don't have anyway to prove that it worked before any software updates with my Arc, but I don't see a way to go back and download a previous version to test that theory.
