My G27CQ4E2 has come with many settings greyed out - including brightness. To the point where I am getting a headache. How do I fix this? This has been a problem since recently purchasing the monitor. The picture shown is just one example

HDR is Enabled from my Xbox One Series S. HDCR and MPRT are disabled. I have found that I can change most settings apart from MPRT in the settings app on the Xbox. Is there anyway to use them when not in settings? And I have changed the Refresh Rate on the console to 120Hz, but on the monitor, it still says 60Hz.

Another newly found problem. When using YouTube App on Xbox, right and bottom sides have flashing green lights until exiting the YouTube app
is it persistent or random? what's the firmware version you see on the OSD menu? could you share a picture or a video of it
