chaintech 7aja2 (via kt133a)
XP 1600+

I work on Win XP pro and i have a problem with detonator menu's. when i try to open OpenGL setings
or Ovrelay setings sys wait about 15-20 sec before it open's. i tried it with Det. 28.32, 29.42, 30.30 same s..t.
same problem when activating tv-out. ?( ?(

Help Please

PS: sory about my bad english. :D

It usually take a bit when oppening overlay tab, because it checks if there is any overlay working. To make any change to the overlay settings, you should open any program that uses overlays (vg. TV software, Media Player with any movie,...). If not, all the overlay settings will be disabled.

About the dealy when oppening the OpenGL tab, I have no idea... take a look at www.guru3d.com, and download "detonator destroyer" (or something like this), and make a heavy uninstall of detonator drivers, then reinstall them, and try again

but it is anoying. every time i want to watch the movie... :( :(

I tried to write to MSI suport but got no answer.
Is it posible that they don't give a s**t

PS: any idea's how to fix cause still doesnt working
(tried all gived sugestions)
?( ?( ?( ?(

to see the movie you don't need to open OpenGL settings :)) what about TV-out. do it ones, set up everything second output device etc.., apply and it will be saved, after that every time you'll connect TV, ur modes will "come back" you don't need to do it all the time well it works like that at least on my card lol
luck...

I have the same problem with my MSI g4 mx440 - 8861 and I notice the same delay during boot (the boot is taking about 15-20 secs more to be done). I tried Windows Me and XP Pro without success.

The weird thing is that when I use the windows default vga drivers there is no delay and the boot takes about 40 secs (instead of 1 min). Unfortuly there is no nview, direct3D, openGL support in vga drivers.

:(

Yeah that's the problem i have !!!!!!! :(

did anybody tried to ask tehnical suport about it (maybe it has something to do with bios setings).

I tried to contact MSI (e-mail) got no answer.
