This is a long one.
I bought and installed this card about a month ago and havent tried the video features yet.
When I installed winproducer/coder initially (and yes the WDM drivers as well) it did the thing where the input was a black hole as ive seen in at least one other post. I set up my nview setting to clone to the video out with M-NTSC (whichever was USA) and ran both a composite and svideo cable over to another pc with tv in to get the picture done. I have a composite camera as well that outputs NTSC, and a camcorder, the IN didnt work, the out just created fuzzy lines on whtever was reading it, and yes I tried ALL of the NTSC/PAL/ETC... settings with svideo and composite cables individually and nothing I could do made it look right. Well, I thought to myself, lets try the drivers that came with the card instead of the latest nvidia detonator drivers which I had been using. Installed those, now no nview at all. reinstalled the latest (yes WDM too) and still nothing, Im worse than I was before when nothing worked at least I had the option to clone the output and see that it wasnt working before, now I dont even have that. tried uninstalling and reinstalling - still nothing. Im at my wits end and my 3 year old ATI all in wonder PCI card works better than this one. All the devices seem to be there in device manager, the crossbar, video etc etc devices are all there and functioning wonderfully.
Can anyone give me any insight into this?
