If I put Windows in 640x480 it goes sort of blurry/jittery with a wavy edge to the screen sides. It does the same with any programs that run in that resolution.

I recently upgraded from an nVIDIA GeForce 2 MMX 400, and everything was working fine then.

SrSparky,

Try setting the monitor Refresh Rate to 85Hz and if that does not work, 60Hz. Also what is the Brand and Wattage of your Power Supply? (GF4 is very power hungry.)

Its a Turbolink Mod CWT-320ATX
320watt
I'm told that it is a fairly reliable and should handle its 320w rating. (Of course that was a salesman talking.)

Also I'm only running a hard drive, CD Rom drive and an eithernet 10/100 card.

whats its amp rating at 3.3 and 5 v

sure it only gives 14 at 3.3 which is crap

and the combineds only 160 watts

you need 200 watt combined and a sensible 30 plus amps at 3.3 v as thats what the psu and graphics card feed from
