I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me.
I got my new card today, installed it and tried to boot back up... the BIOS completes POST, the ME/XP choice screen appears and on ME the HD light comes on for 2-3 seconds while on XP the light quickly flashes then nothing... on both. The only way I can get either OS to boot up is if I disable USB support in the BIOS.
OS- WinME and WinXP Pro
EPoX motherboard, XP1800+
2-40gb Maxtors on a PCI Promise raid card
SBLive, Enermax EG465P-VE psu
Tried 27.50 reference drivers and 27.70 for XP, 30.30 for ME
Tried 3 different BIOS updates, 2108, 2304 and 2529
Tried 3 VIA 4in1's, 4.36, 4.37, 4.41 as well as the 74 patch for USB.

128MB VGA RAM can cause problems with some bios versions which can't deal with it.

You can try to disable COM ports / LPT / Game port... (rather than the USB) or try updating the bios.

Also be sure that if there is a bios option for "Assign IRQ to VGA" it is ENABLED.
