Hi, got a new stealth gs77 with intel 12th gen i7, rtx 3070 ti, 32go memory and 1 to ssd

im playing vr. But with the kind of spec i should not have any trouble. Im on the oculus using virtual desktop since the cable didnt work at all. But games that are not even streaming are lagging a lot. Its crazy. Just bough green hell and cant even play the game.

should i exchange for another gaming laptop

Try updating the drivers to the latest version first.

I did and I'd doesn't help. I even disabled the second display since I wanted the rtx display

Which port do you use for the display signal transmission? HDMI? Type-C?

No port. Using virtual desktop since USBC didn't seem to work much

Check your temps, if very high, try using COOLER BOOST, GS models tend to over heat very fast, you can also disable TURBO in power settings by setting the value @ 99%.
