GAMING 5 Z97 Power ON by Itself

Hi Guys,

A week ago I got a new Gaming 5 Z97 motherboard for my new PC.  For now I just has been installing drivers and regulars program waiting for my new video card to arrive.

A few days ago I found my computer ON, and I recalled been powering off after use. This morning (3 days after first event) the system was ON once again and I don't even used last night.

When happened the first time I disabled Wake ON LAN and magic Packet on Windows.  Today I will update to the BIOS 1.8 and see.

My question is if you heard about this problem and what else I could do or test to run to prevent this problem.

My PC:
HAF 922
Intel I5 4690K
Motherboard gaming 5 MSI
Cooler Master 850 PSU
Corsair Vengance 16GB

Wake up event all disable?
Check the power button if stuck or not and reconnect the cable.

Also unplug the internet cable after power off.
To see the auto power of will happen or not.

Yep, I did that.

I disabled wake up option from some components, Flash BIOS, reset power cable, check power button, Disable Wake up LAN on BIOS and some scheduled events on Windows 8.

I read in another forums that is possible Windows 8 can cause this Wake ups.

I'll wait few days and see if happen again.
