Gaming Intelligence install "error -2"

I am unable to install MSI Gaming Intelligence for my MPG 322 URX.

I get the error message when installing "Error: -2 The system cannot find the file specified."

No effect whether it's run ad admin or not. This is on Windows 11.

I don't know what's wrong and why it won't install.

Please refer below steps to re-install MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence.
Step 1. Please uninstall original MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence on app list.
Step 2. Restart once.
Step 3. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\GamingIntelligence.
Step 4. Restart once.
Step 5. Please install new version of MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence v0.0.3.1.

I still can't install, and that's with version .3.1

Still cannot install. Same error.

Program was never previously installed. This would be the first time I'm attempting to install it. Display is hooked up via DP cable. I also tried hooking up the USB too. Still no go.

Update:

Still won't install. Same error even with the newer 3.2 version software just released!

What could possibly be wrong? What file could possibly be missing?

Please installed MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence on another system that never installed it to check if you have another system.
