Don't install new version of Gaming Intelligence directly.

Please refer below steps to re-install MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence.
Step 1. Please uninstall original MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence on app list.
Step 2. Restart once.
Step 3. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\GamingIntelligence.
Step 4. Restart once.
Step 5. Please install new version of MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence

I found this thread after much frustration installing, uninstalling, deleting, restarting, reinstalling, restarting again.....nothing worked.

Pulled the monitor power plug out of the wall for 30 seconds. Plugged it back in and monitor detected. Seems a full power cycle was needed, not just turn off/on with power button.

Hopefully this helps someone.

can confirm, power cycle works, sometimes for me, simple on/off through the button will work too.

Hello everybody, I got this probleme recently and everything I tried did not work.
I finally found the solution and it's really stupid: in the OSD of the monitor, the KVM option was "Type-C" was selected instead of "Upstream". And just because of that it did not work. Don't now why it cahnged as I don't us the KVM...
But just change the option back to upstream and it will work.
I hope it helps someone, I was searching for 1 month the solution, so I share the solution if it helps!
