For a MEG381CQR Plus gaming monitor purchased on Amazon and still under warranty, can I contact you directly for assistance or do I have to contact the seller?
If I can contact you directly for the guarantee, will I be responsible for the shipping costs of the faulty monitor?

In Europe, all warranty claims must go through the store.
In the US you can contact MSI.
