So I want to build a gaming Pc on a budget and my motherboard of choice is the MSI H310M PRO-VDH INTEL, I need help to custom build this PC with the right parts and not so expensive too so it can perform at its best. And the other thing is I wanted to know if the motherboard I chose can be mounted a water cooling system if it's possible which one do you recommend. I want to know which perfect parts before I go out there and waste money on useless things.

######SO PLEASE GUYS I NEED HELP#######

First of all don't worry about your English. It's my third language and out of all the languages I know now it's the least logical and oddest. Using it helps. You are perfectly understandable.

I think it would help to know what kinds of games you play or want to play as if you have budget considerations and don't play games where you need absolute top of the line speed everywhere that would help.

Also do you have any specific needs you need the parts to work with . For example a fully customizable keyboard was important to me as I have poor vision at this stage so being able to choose from a variety of colour features and to customize essentially only helps make sure my fingers are in the right place but that's no small thing in gaming.

What else will you do with the computer? That could also help as I take photography pretty seriously as well which had me looking at higher stats than my kind of retro gaming tastes would need.

I think with more information people might be more inspired although the best is pretty subjective so I think knowing what you do with it that has to be the best will help.

There are quite a few compatible coolers including water if you have your heart set on that. As you do stress budget though while it's an option you can get highly rated liquid other than water coolers and a whole host of others and save yourself some money but there are some water cooling options compatible with it. I think you should be able to use a parts chooser to see what your options are.

I think if it were me I tend to start with the GPU as that helps guide how much cooling I am gong to need . Although my current laptop runs hot it seems okay like that and as it's a laptop it's much more finicky about what I do to it.

I hope if you can say a bit more about what you will do and what your other priorities are that people will have some opinions.

I didn't want you to think you hadn't been understood as lots of people feel their English is worse than it is.

Happy New Year by the way.
