Gaming Z trio RX 6900 XT thermal pads sizes

so, my 5 months old GPU has a delta of 40 degrees, that's a lot.
I been reading on internet about this, people says that's because of the XTXH models, other said thats because of poor thermal paste application/not enough pressure.

So, i would want to try to give a chance replacing thermal paste and pads but I haven't found online any source of the sizes i would need.
If u can recommend brands it would be highly appreciated, lookking to replace them once/twice a year if possible
