GC300 W can't connect wireless after firmware update

I just updated the control through MSI Center, but now if I try to connect with wireless connection, the power LED is only flashing white. It seems that can't connect withthe dongle.
The dongle is pluggled, and I already tried to plug it in other USB ports but nothing changed.
The cable connection and the Bluetooth pairing are working.
Win11 64, MSI X870E.
Any suggestion?

Can you try hold the reset button for 5 seconds?

thaks for your answer.
I tried with the reset button, but no changes.
I tired even to manually update the firmware with the driver from msi.com, but still it doesn't connect.
Other suggestion?
