GD-65 - setting up raid 0

So i have 2 sata 80gb hard drives of the same make/model that I want to set up in raid 0.  I have never done any raid configurations before.  I want to install windows 7 on the raid 0 array when complete.  Can anyone please guide me throught this or direct somewhere that can?  My google searches are turning up jibberish.  Thanks in advance!

You can refer to your board's manual on how to setup RAID. Next, you just have to decide what RAID you want to do, either mirroring or striping since you only have 2 identical disk.

hmm ok... refered to the manual, it's not in there, i read the entire english section and nothing on raid setup.  3/4 of the information is on using the cell menu, but raid is not in there.  ANY HELP PLEASE?  I dont even really know where to begin.
