I've recently bought brand new MSI GE70 ONC (GTX 650M version) on an auction site. In the offer it was said that it has Turbo Boost which gives about 20% better performace. I calculated that it should be not much worst then Lenovo Y580 with GTX 660M because of the boost, so I bought it. Now it came to my attention that Turbo Boost is unfortunately unsupported by my video card... Of course it is said in the FAQ's question on msi mainpage, but my reseller "forgot" to mention it...

My question is: Can I do anything with it? I feel kinda cheated. Can I get my money back or sth?

When Turbo is used will light and NB should switch to dedicated card.
That's correct.

Else addiction OC is not supported. [Only available in GT models]

Yes I know, but I meant that here:

You probably won't understand :p , but there is said that by clicking the Turbo button you will get boost to CPU and GPU... But actually you won't.
I think they just wrote the same description for GE70 ONC and OND.
It is enough to argue with the reseller?

Exactly, there is no turbo oc in GE series but only for GT series. Despite even for GT it is not correct that Turbo button will also oc the cpu as it does just affect the gpu.

Wait a second... So does GE70 OND (GTX660M) overclock gpu after pressing the "Turbo" button? I thought it does

Yep, no oc for GE. The Turbo button statement was related to GT series as I said
