GE-72 7RE Display suddenly stopped working.

Good Day to all of you.

I bought a GE72 7RE and after just 3 days I think something broke.
Problem:
I just installed a new browser, steam, total war warhammer, discord and the newest nvidia drivers.
Everything worked fine, but when I restarted the system for the third time - the screen stays black.
If I connect an external display it works fine.

So I did a reset to factory settings with the device.
And it worked again.
Installed the same software as above mentioned - after the third restart the display again stays black.

I do not think that the display itself is the problem.
There must be some weird internal stuff going on, has anyone a tipp for me?

Use latest Help Desk to export the system info and post the text information in here.
 
When the display stops working? Do you mean it is totally died or you could see there is a light from screen but the panel always shows black without any other picture/error message?
 
You should try to update latest BIOS and EC firmware for your GE72 7RE first.
