Hi all, I have noticed a small issue with my GE62-6rf-apache pro notebook. I have had this notebook for about 2 months now, I bought it brand new and have absolutely loved it and still do. However i have encountered a couple issues that are not necessarily serious but i would like to know if there is a fix.
1. When i first purchased the laptop, the keyboard would always light up within seconds of turning the power button on, but now the keyboard does not even light up until i've signed into windows, and then usually about 20-30 seconds after signing in the screen auto-adjusts brightness and the keyboard lights up.
2. My second issue is the more serious of the two. I remember loving this notebook because how quiet it was. I would be able to sit in the quiet section of the library and do my school work and you would not have even know that the laptop was on because of how quiet it was. But now it has just started becoming loud as if the fan is going like 3,000 rpms while idling and doing nothing and is very audible. This frustrates me because even though the fans are set to 0%, it is on and I am given no option or setting to change this.
Lastly I would just like to say that I do not use this notebook for gaming. I uninstalled most of the bloatware that came with the computer immediately upon purchasing like Norton 360, the WTFast whatever, basically everything besides the MSI software that i only kept because i read that it can cause a bunch of errors. I have disabled pretty much all of the Microsoft setting for my privacy and all the live tiles, all the bogus software. I keep organized and have only used about 46 gigabytes of my 237 gigabytes available SSD. My HDD is only using 21 gigabytes of 913 gigabytes available. This notebook used only for my schoolwork and for stock trading, and contains basically no other software besides google chrome, SSE3, MSI softwares, and default software like notepad. This notebook has probably never even reached a maximum degrees of 55C and stays around 26C-39C, 99% percent of the time. This laptop should not be experiencing any troubles what so ever so any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much if you actually read all of this.
