I just bought a GE620 msi notebook and I have problem with connecting to my wireless access point, the connection is dying every few minutes, I have another DELL laptop with the same operating system Win7 X64 and it works fine with wireless access point, but with MSI GE620 connectivity is unstable and the new drivers didn't solve the problem!
anyone found any solution yet?

How is the signal level? (beware that walls iron and stone hinder the signal a great deal!)
Have you tried without security?
Any custom firwall installed? If so remove it and see what happens.

I turned of any firewall and securities on both machines, the signal is excellent (the access point is just behind MSI GE 620), when it connects the signal and connection is fine but as I said after few minutes or less it the connection is going to die. I tested with another Dell laptop and access point is fine.

Just because the AP works with the Dell doesn't mean it's fine.
It just tells you it's working with that machine, nothing else.

Is this an old AP? Can you give the name and model?

Have you tried the MSI to connect to another AP just to see if the Notebook is the problem?
Because if it fails on a different AP too, then the MSI needs repairs.

I know this sounds weird, but I have seen my share of AP's that works with some devices and fails with others.
Sometimes they need an firmware update and sometimes there is nothing that can be done.

My access point is TOSHIBA satellite laptop, I'm using AD-HOC connection to connect to Internet though TOSHIBA (Win7 x64)

That is not an AP, that is Internet Sharing.
Why don't you use a wireless router? Those boxes cost hardly anything and are far better then windows.
