hey guys, so been having two issues with my laptop,
Firstly everytime I start up it gets stuck at msi logo so then I reset and it boots normal.
Secondly I get the blue screen of death sometimes randomly with the following info:

Critical structure corruption
System service exemption

What I have done so far:
Bios update
Windows repair
Disc check
Ram check ( was no issue) but upgraded anyway
Windows 10 update to version 1909 (2)
Graphics drivers reinstalled
Virus and malware scanned

But still not resolved,  any ideas what to do next?

only 3 upgrades done :
Seagate firecuda 2tb drive (year ago)
Samsung 970 pro 512gb m2 (year ago)
Corsair 32gb ram (2 days ago)

Thanks for your input,
I've updated bios and ec
Also blew out dust but wasn't that dusty
I've reset windows and everything seems to be all good until today it randomly restarts and ends up in bios menu

I just did the reset in settings with option "remove everything " i also installed Nvidia drivers from Nvidia website and all other drivers from msi website.
Ive realized that everything started when i installed  the last 2 programs "steelseries engine and msi dragon centre "
Im going to remove one then the other and see what happens,  if all else fails im going to do the full reinstall from usb

Ill update what happens

I had the same issue, here's what helped:
www reddit com/r/MSILaptops/comments/fuua2f/so_the_curse_finally_got_me_stuck_at_msi_logo
  1. remove the bottom cover of the laptop by unscrewing all the screws as shown on the disassembly video
  2. remove two that hold the Sabre HiFi metal cover
  3. remove the Sabre metal cover
  4. remove one additional regular screw and the two hexagonal spacers under the cover
  5. carefully pull the Sabre PCB up to disconnect it from the main board
  6. disconnect the HiFi connector that goes from the right bottom corner of the PCB to the optical cable port, it's the only cable from the PCB
  7. tuck the cable under the flex cables that go into keyboard compartment and use some tape or zip tie to hold it place and avoid it shorting anything
I did not remove the battery for this procedure, but be careful - don't drop screws to avoid shorts, I don't know what is powered on when battery is connected.
