Hi There! I installed an M.2 4 TB drive into the second slot and received a security warning; Then i overwrote the factory keys in the BIOS. As a result, the additional storage started working, but the NVIDIA GPU stopped functioning. Windows detects the GPU but reports Error 43, while GPU-Z shows a clock speed of 0. It appears that the security settings have cut off the power supply to NVIDIA. I did 3 minuts reset - same result :( .Could anyone give me any advice or suggestions how to repair my laptop?

If you encounter the secure boot violation while booting, update BIOS to the latest version, or refer to the FAQ to update the secure boot certificate manually.

First, update your BIOS to the latest version.
Before updating,
boot into Windows first,
then hold down the Shift key
and reboot.
Try restoring Windows to a previous state,
and then update the BIOS.
Next, hold down the Shift key again
and reboot, then disable Secure Boot.
That should resolve the issue.

Thank you Tourica for the quick reply!
I’ve tried all of that. It didn’t help!

Is there any way to completely disable the security settings via the BIOS?
Perhaps that would help the BIOS detect the graphics card?

By the way, I installed a new SSD and put a fresh installation of Windows on it. The result was the same—Code 43.
So, I swapped back to my original drive with Windows.
Thanks!

In that case, you can simply create a copy of the old Windows installation on the new SSD.
First, download the program,
open the Disk Cloning Wizard,
select the old SSD,
click Next, select the new SSD,
click Next, and once the process is complete, shut down your computer.
Then, remove the old SSD and install the cloned SSD instead.
That should do it.

I know how to do all af that! I need NVIDIA work. If it continue show me error code 43 I"ll throw this laptop out and buy new one!
