GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER SEA HAWK EK X vs Intel ARC. Which one is better for 4k gaming?

I want to buy a good gaming laptop for 4k gaming, my colleague suggested me to go with intel arc graphic card, but I have a pc with GeForce RTX 3080, and its performing well for 4k rendering on auto cad, and for gaming too, I just want to know is it ok to have intel arc graphic card for my laptop or GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER SEA HAWK EK X.??

need suggestion for both gaming and auto cad quick rendering.

The Intel Arc series really aren't fleshed out too well, and honestly, aren't really high performance cards, even the A770.
